Apostille and document legalisation, arranged for you
Many visas and universities abroad ask for UK documents with an apostille: the official FCDO certificate that confirms a signature, stamp or seal is genuine. We arrange it, and the sworn translation if your destination needs one.
What can be apostilled
Documents students usually need
- Degree certificates and transcripts, once certified by a UK solicitor or notary.
- Police certificates, such as the ACRO certificate many visas ask for.
- Medical certificates signed by a registered doctor, such as the one for a Spanish student visa.
- Birth and marriage certificates and other UK registry documents.
Only documents issued in the UK can be legalised here. Documents from another country have to be legalised in that country.source
