These terms apply to services supplied by ACS Global Consultants Limited (company number 15387390, 5 Westley Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 7UQ) (ACS) to the person named in the Acceptance Form (the Client). Version 1.0, effective 10 October 2026.
1Agreement
A contract is formed when the Client accepts these terms on the Acceptance Form (or by signed copy, or by message from the email address or number the Client has given ACS) and ACS starts work. A ticked box or typed name is a signature, and ACS may keep a record of it. If the Client is under 18, a parent or guardian must also accept and is liable. If someone else pays, that person also accepts and is jointly liable.
2Our services
ACS prepares the Client's case: advice and guidance, checking and organising documents, and drafting forms, statements and letters from the Client's information, for admission, visa, residence, business, digital nomad or any other application, in any country. ACS does not, and has no duty to: book or attend appointments; pay or hold any third-party cost (visa, embassy, translation, insurance, tuition or deposit), which the Client pays directly; verify documents; give legal advice, UK immigration advice or tax or financial advice; represent the Client before any university, embassy, consulate, visa centre, government body or other decision-maker (an Authority); or hold original documents. ACS may use staff, contractors, partner offices and sub-agents. Any third party ACS recommends contracts with the Client directly, and ACS is not responsible for them. The one exception is a document-legalisation service: where the quote or invoice says so, ACS books the service and pays the government fee on the Client's behalf. That fee is shown separately, is paid in advance, and is not refundable once paid to the Authority. The Client sends original documents directly to the legalisation provider, and ACS does not receive or hold them. ACS is not responsible for an Authority's refusal to legalise a document.
3The application is the Client's
Every application is made in the Client's name and is the Client's responsibility. ACS is not the applicant or a decision-maker. The Client confirms that all information and documents given to ACS are true, complete, original (or true copies of originals issued to the Client) and unaltered, and that the Client has disclosed all relevant history, including refusals and convictions. ACS relies on what the Client supplies, need not check it, and takes no responsibility for whether any document is genuine or accepted. If ACS doubts a document, it may stop work, without refund, and may tell an Authority where the law requires or ACS reasonably considers it necessary.
4Forms and portals
The Client may do each step personally while ACS guides by screen-share. Or, if the Client chooses this on the Acceptance Form, the Client authorises ACS to enter the information and upload the documents the Client has supplied into the Client's own account or form, and to submit it, without asking the Client to confirm again. In that case ACS acts only on the Client's instruction as the person operating the keyboard, enters only what comes from the Client's documents and information, and the Client alone makes, and adopts as the Client's own, every statement and declaration. The Client accepts that an Authority may not permit this and may question, refuse or delay the application. ACS will never carry out identity, face, video or biometric checks, attend appointments or sign handwritten declarations for the Client. Any password the Client gives ACS is used only for the agreed step and deleted afterwards, and the Client will change it.
5Statements and letters
ACS writes progression statements, motivation and cover letters, CVs, business plans and similar documents only from the information and documents the Client supplies, adds no facts of its own, and may use them in the application without sending them to the Client first. Once used, they are the Client's own statements, whatever help was given. If an Authority requires such a document to be the Client's own unaided work, the Client must tell ACS, and ACS will then give comments only. ACS will give the Client a copy of the submitted application on request.
6No guarantee
Authorities decide applications under rules that change without notice. ACS does not guarantee any admission, visa, permit, funding or timing, and takes no responsibility for any outcome, including refusal, delay or lack of appointments. Success rates and testimonials describe past results only. Steps taken before a decision, such as paying deposits, travelling or resigning, are at the Client's own risk. The Client must check current requirements on the Authority's official website.
7Fees
The fee is stated in the quote or invoice, excludes third-party costs, is plus VAT if applicable, and is paid before work starts unless ACS agrees otherwise. It covers one application to one Authority, for the intake and programme agreed. A change of intake, programme or country, or a return after the file has been closed, may be treated as a new engagement with a new fee. Re-applications, appeals, extra family members, extra countries or institutions and changes of route are charged separately. The fee does not buy a result or any influence with an Authority. ACS may charge a fee where applicable, as stated in the quote or invoice before the Client commits. A service provided free in one case does not commit ACS to provide any other service free. ACS may also be paid by institutions, and works with a limited number of them.
8Fees are non-refundable
The fee pays for ACS's time and preparation work, which starts on acceptance and is largely done at the start. Except as clause 9 provides, the fee is earned when paid and will not be refunded, reduced or credited, whatever the outcome. This includes refusal, delay, withdrawal, change of mind or circumstances, ineligibility, a change in rules, or the Client's failure to supply documents. This applies to every Authority and every country.
9Consumers
A Client who is an individual acting outside a business (a Consumer) and contracts at a distance (online, by phone, WhatsApp or email) may cancel within 14 days after the contract is made, by emailing info@theacsglobal.com. By accepting, the Consumer asks ACS to start immediately and understands that: (a) the right to cancel is lost once the services are fully performed; and (b) if the Consumer cancels after work has started, the Consumer must pay for the work done up to that point, in proportion to the whole contract, and ACS will refund any balance within 14 days. Nothing in these terms limits a Consumer's legal rights, including to services performed with reasonable care and skill. Clauses 8 and 10 apply except to the extent that ACS has itself breached these terms or the law.
10Limits on liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow ACS to limit. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, ACS's total liability to the Client is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned, and ACS is not liable for: decisions of Authorities; third-party costs, tuition, deposits, travel or lost earnings; loss of a place, offer or visa; the acts of third parties; indirect or consequential loss; loss caused by the Client's information, documents or breach; changes in rules; events outside ACS's control; or, for business Clients, loss of profit. ACS's staff, contractors and sub-agents may rely on this clause. The Client will compensate ACS for reasonable losses caused by false or forged information or documents or by the Client's breach. For a Consumer, this applies only to losses caused by the Consumer's dishonesty or breach.
11Business, investor and digital nomad routes
ACS does not assess or guarantee the Client's finances or business, holds no money, forms no companies and gives no tax advice. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and lawful source of the Client's funds and for tax and licensing consequences, and should take professional advice in the country concerned.
12Ending and closing the file
ACS may suspend or end the services by notice, without refund, if the Client does not pay, gives false information or documents, is abusive, does not respond for 12 months, does not take part in agreed preparation, or if continuing would breach the law, sanctions or an Authority's rules. If ACS ends the services for any other reason and the Client is not in breach, ACS will refund the fee for work not yet done. The services end when the stage in the quote is complete. Closing a file does not entitle the Client to a refund, and ACS need not hold a place, documents or a record of progress for the Client beyond the periods in its Privacy and Cookie Policy.
13Data, communication and complaints
ACS's Privacy and Cookie Policy applies. The Client agrees that ACS may share documents with Authorities, ACS staff, contractors, partner offices and sub-agents, including outside the UK, as needed for the services. Health and police-certificate information is used only where the Client gives separate consent on the Acceptance Form. Complaints go to info@theacsglobal.com. ACS will acknowledge them within five working days and aims to reply within 28 days. ACS does not currently use an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.
14General
These terms, the quote and the Acceptance Form are the whole agreement. ACS may update these terms for new engagements. ACS's templates and materials remain ACS's. If part of these terms is invalid, the rest stands. Events outside ACS's control excuse delay. ACS does not give or accept bribes, may ask for identity and source-of-funds information, and may refuse work for sanctions or anti-money-laundering reasons. These terms are in English, which prevails over any translation, and the Client confirms that the Client has understood them. English law governs these terms and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but a Consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where the Consumer lives.
